As a team leader for a membership media site project with over 1.5mm users, I collaborated with our programming and test teams to oversee the UI/UX of the site. My primary focus was on improving the onboarding process and ensuring that the site's overall design was intuitive and user-friendly.

To accomplish this, I utilized Figma to create UI conceptualizations and drawings. This allowed us to visualize the user experience and make informed decisions about the site's design and functionality. Throughout the process, I worked closely with our programming and test teams to ensure that the UI design was well-integrated into the site's code and met our standards for quality.

By prioritizing the user experience and working closely with our team, we were able to create a membership media site that was both visually appealing and easy to use. Our focus on effective UI/UX design helped to improve engagement and increase customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the project.
