As the project leader for this Bigcommerce project, I worked closely with a small team to create a robust online store featuring over 50 products. Our team developed a custom theme for the site, which included product variations and multiple category page variations to improve the user experience. Additionally, we implemented "look inside" previews to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

To ensure smooth project management and version control, we linked the site code to a Github repository. This allowed our team to collaborate effectively and track changes throughout the development process.

User behavior and personas tracked using Segment across this and related platforms.
