Augustine Short Courses

In collaboration with content experts, including professors, I led the creation of a comprehensive library of short courses designed to provide students with an engaging and effective learning experience. Each course included multiple lessons featuring a range of multimedia elements, including text, images, video, audio, quizzes, and companion guidebooks.

To further enhance the learning experience, we developed a certificate program based on course groupings, allowing students to earn recognition for their completion of multiple courses. This added value to the program and encouraged continued engagement with the platform.

We selected, designed, and deployed an LMS platform that effectively supported the delivery and management of the short courses and certificate program. Our focus on effective UI/UX design helped to ensure that the platform was user-friendly and engaging, contributing to its overall success.

The courses were made available on a monthly subscription basis, resulting in recurring revenue that exceeded our expectations. This subscription-based model proved to be a successful strategy, contributing to the financial sustainability of the project while providing students with ongoing access to valuable educational content.

Through collaboration, careful planning, and effective execution, we were able to create a successful and impactful educational platform that met the needs of both students and our organization.
